Shipping Information

Currently, our shipping services are available for addresses within the Contiguous United States and Canada. Due to FedEx Policy, We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Orders placed before 3pm CST will ship same day.

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders over $90. If you require expedited shipping, such as 2 Day or Overnight delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 972.695.5567. We are more than happy to expedite your order for you.

Once your Tough Bags have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date of your order.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us via email at or call us at 972-695-5567 prior to returning the items.

We are committed to providing you with the highest-quality insulation vacuum bags available. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused bags within 15 days of your order. Please enclose a note explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we will issue a full refund for the returned bags. Please note that bags that have been used are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and provide a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Shipment:

If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a cancellation. In such cases, you will be refunded the amount of the purchase, excluding the shipping cost incurred by Tough Bags to provide you with the benefit of free shipping. The refund process will be initiated upon the return and receipt of the product in its original condition.


Our Tough Bags are named "Tough" for a reason! Should you encounter a tear or issue with our Tough Bags Collar or Multipurpose, please don't hesitate to contact our team. We will gladly replace your bag at no cost*. We do not gurantee products made of non-woven material such as the Dust Guard Pro.

*Our guarantee is applicable exclusively to the original customer who can provide proof of purchase, such as an order number. Replacement bags will only be dispatched to the original customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item should be returned within 15 days from the date of your purchase. The buyer will be responsbile for shipping cost.

Please email to request a refund or exchange confirmation. Include your name, order # and reason for return or exchange.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
